Racecentre is Australia’s Most Advanced Racing Simulation Centre. We provide dynamic racing experiences for individuals and groups. Our customers include motorsport drivers, fans, corporate groups and the public who come to experience the most realistic racing experience possible. Our racing simulators are the most advanced in Australia, with full-motion, surround sound and 3 HD surround screen monitors inbuilt within the body – making the race session truly absorbing and immersive. The business has grown, and we need a talented Sales Professional to join our team in Surfers Paradise. The position will initially be casual between 10 to 20 hours per week.

The role reports to the Director. You will be expected to generate sales and interest in Racecentre. 

Basic duties include:

• Generate sales from walk by trade. 

• Operate 8 x Racing Simulators, training will be provided. 

• Cash register operation and cash handling. 

• Conduct with cleaning and maintenance as rostered. 

• Open & close the centre as required. 

Skills required:

• You MUST be very enthusiastic, driven, and self motivated 

• You MUST have excellent sales skills, with a strong background in face to face and/or telephone sales

• You MUST be passionate about motorsport. Knowledge of F1, V8 championships vital. 

• Be confident to operate the facility working autonomously. This is a very autonomous role and the candidate must be able to remain motivated. 

• Be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time when busy

• Knowledge of IT or Sim Racing strongly desired.

Due to the nature of the business, the successful candidate must have the flexibility to work nights, weekends and Public Holidays. 

This will be a long term casual position. Please do not apply if you are looking for a short term holiday /  working visa role.

Remuneration is your choice between part wage/part commission or full wage, you decide. Ability to earn up to $30/hr for the right person. Incentives and bonuses offered.

3.3 Entrants can enter the competition only once. 
3.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
4. PRIZES
4.1 The winner of the prize is the entrant who owns the Facebook profile.
4.2 The prize giveaways include: Prize 1st month: 1 x hour Free Membership. Valued at $60; Prize 2nd month: 1 Free 1hr Race Session valued at $80; Prize 3rd month: 2 x Free 1 hr sessions for the winner and a guest Valued at $160.
4.3 Racecentre will giveaway these prizes at the standard of 1 prize every month of the competition. 
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one winner drawn at random from the pool of entrants. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration 
of the competition and registered all details required will be entered into the draw. The draw will take place online on the day after the closing date.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw that has been provided by the entrant. The prize will then be posted to the winner 
once the entrant has responded with address details.
5.3 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with 
the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, 
tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the

competitions and prize allocation and for research requirements of Racecentre.
